Another stunner Paulette, the way you have feathered out the charcoal etc gives it a feeling of momentum. I’ve done a similar thing on sketches of buildings.

My garden has been blessed with lots of bluetits this time of year. The crazy bouffant hair dos of some as well as the smooth sleek hair of others give them such character. This little fella is a real poser. I've called him Billy. The contrast of the summer blue colours against the stark autumn trees is wonderful. Charcoal and conte pastel on Strathmore toned tan A4 size. Any feedback appreciated :)
