They are well drawn figures though Pat, and a superb action-packed piece of work. I like the seaweed at the foreground, creates a shadow effect. I hope it's seaweed!

It must be the weather - this is the third seascape I've looked at this afternoon and they are all superb - this is no exception - it must be seaweed - musn't it?

Perfect beach scene Pat, lots of surf, lots of activity and plenty of sand! I also love that area of shadow/seaweed in the foreground.

Oil on Cavas 41 x 51 cm. Partly done in front of the subject - lovely bay and board surfers come down when the waves and tides are right. (I don't enjoy painting figures, almost as difficult as boats. A pity then that I love painting seascapes so long as they're deserted!!)
