Another exciting plein air quickie! After painting all day I was making my way at speed along the little road that leads from Lindisfarne to the A1 to catch my bus, when I saw these wonderful patterns in the sky! I worked out that I had just time to get out my sketch book, so dropping my bag I dug out my kit and got to work, standing there at the side of the road! Painted in Watercolour on paper.
