Such a cute little guy! Where are these native to? Certainly not one we see here in North Devon. Lovely painting by the way. :-)

I live in North Carolina on the shoreline of Kerr Lake near the Virginia border; these sweet little birds can be found throughout North America and are often seen in high up in the pine tree tops (Pine Warblers)

Lovely little chap Pamela, very delicately painted with great colours, great branch as well

Lovely bird and great detail

You've captured this little fellow so well, can almost hear his song.

Hi Pamela Rpas P just seen your lovely comment on my drawing of Lancaster Quay thanks very much for that, much appreciated

The pine warbler sings a gleeful song: Witch-e-Wee, Cheer-e, Chip-Chip-a-Dee. Their treetop conversation is sweetest of sweet; with flashes of flirtation as they dip and bow. Their conversation goes on; tzeet, tzeet, tzeet, smiling and twinkling at the world around.
