This is a painting from memory .It is a recollection of memories of childhood holidays at Silverdale when the shore was covered in long grass. The tide has since come right up to the shore line and the grass has gone leaving only sand and mud .I don't think the painting is very accurate but it was fun to try. I used watercolour tubes and white designers gouache.
