Lovely watercolour Denise.

They look beautiful Denise , you had done a wonderful job of painting them and captured the delicate look and colours beautifully.

Beautifully done and what a great tea set!

This is excellent Denise.

Delicately done Denise.

Really good such subtle use of colour, like this a lot

The muted background sets the scene nicely here - the two items are nicely observed and not overly worked in tone. My only concern is the colour of the shadows… I can’t see how they’re picking up the grey colour.

Very much appreciated George, David, Paul, Martin, Lynda, Stephen, Marjorie, Heather, Alan, Christine and John. I've overdone it with the shadow Alan.

Beautiful and delicately painted Denise. Watercolour is the perfect medium to give the gentle softness for China.

I have three tea sets left to me by my great aunt years ago. One is Japanese and the other two are Chinese. They are 80 to 100 years old. They are stored away at my mum's because I don't have a room for a big display cabinet but I like to get them out and look at them. They are beautiful and delicate. Watercolour. Wet in wet. Loose.
