A beautiful painting Denise, looks really delicate .

Practice at the moment Denise but I’m sure it won’t be long before you succeed in this challenge you have set yourself…..you always do! Excellent.

This painting just jumped out at me, on the gallery. It's stunning!

What an elegant figure Denise. You are achieving great results in this medium.

Gorgeous work, Denise. Well done.

Another good one,Denise.

So many great paintings in the gallery tonight and this is one of them!!

Very kind, I must say, thanks very much Paul, Fiona, Fiona, Carole, Carol, David and Valerie.

Well done, if I didn't know you painted it, I would think it was a very old piece of Chinese art, beautiful and convincing.

Beautiful result Denise!

Excellent Denise. I was wondering how you'd get on with your new watercolours...very well it seems. I had a set a while back, it seemed to me that a lot of body colour had been added...nudging them towards gouache. This suited me perfectly, but they aren't traditional watercolour. I'll be getting some more.

Looking good Denise

You are doing so well Denise.

Talent in abundance!

Many thanks Spencer, David, Sarah, Lewis, Heather, Sylvia and Alan. I will keep them stocked Lewis and Alan that is very much appreciated.

Well Painted Denise, you are obviously really enjoying your painting these days.

A beautiful painting, Denise. Once again you’re setting yourself tricky challenges. No doubt you’ll master it.

Superb! Love the subtly of your water colours.

I tried out my new Japanese watercolours today. This is a made up painting based on the Tang era of dress and hair. Peony was a fashion worn by women of high standing in the community. I'm still finding rice paper difficult to work with and managed to put a hole in the figure but I wasn't bothered that much, I was happy to try my new paints out. Ink and watercolour on rice paper.
