Thank you all for your lovely comments. Very encouraging to keep me trying new things....my hubby and I like to bird watch and have a marsh near the top of this big lake where we can spend hours observing. This was a lucky day to see the Heron flapping his wings and as he stretched and was ready to take flight it was fantastic to see all the colors and variations under his wing, and in his majestic long neck!
