Really like this painting - we could see White Nancy (on a good day) from where I grew up in Poynton. No idea why its called this.

A few weeks ago I was chatting to our daughter and eldest grandson who said that a large number of people in Bollington have a photo or painting of "White Nancy". But not them. My grandson saw a painting on the cafe wall and said "You can paint better than that Grandad". So, I took it as a challenge and a new non-paying commission. And this is it. When he saw the painting my grandson said "It's really good grandad and I love the trees" He always was my greatest fan.
