Line and wash - La Porolle

Comments

Nice to see you back, Mike. This is beautifully drawn and has great charm. I like your stonework where you've achieved looseness, and also the soft washes. I try to avoid always keeping within the lines and use sketchy lines to get a looser effect but I don't always achieve this!

Beautiful place Mike expertly painted.

Well thanks to you all, I really appreciate the comments. Keep safe all.

Good one Mike

This is really good Mike. The tones, colours and drawing skills are excellent on this. Personally speaking I sometimes think we all get too concerned with trying to be loose in style. I think the best thing is try and be good, something which you clearly are.

Thank you Heather and David. Praise indeed. Blushing 😃
