I think this is one of your best Michael, as Dennis has said, it is a beautiful spot, nice strong washes and the buildings and water framed by those very well painted trees.

A lovely spot - the building in the centre is a restaurant where my wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary last year with a group of friends. The wharf is usually full of boats but I left them - too lazy to include them all. Hope you like it.
