Thanks Louise, Stephen and Satu - the one I sold at the recent exhibition was in a white frame and looked surprisingly good but I think I prefer the black.

I did a similar drawing to this which I posted some time ago and another one which I put another in an exhibition last month - I could have sold it several times over so thought I would do a few more - here's the first of them. They look deceptively simple but do take quite a bit of time getting the design right - then drawing up with brush, ink, and pen and a steady hand. As before it's drawn on mountboard, cut with a reverse bevel and then float mounted. Might help if you enlarge it. Hope you like it.
