I like this. I wouldn't have noticed the clock if you hadn't mentioned it. I leave bits out too. Perhaps subconsciously we feel it is finished!?

Mmm...lovely mellow tones Michael. I like how you leave chinks of white paper between each element in your paintings, it seems to add light....lovely!
