Your water colours seem to becoming looser. This is lovely Michael. Though I do agree re the lonely car.

I do! The car is about to drive off into the sunset as it has just gone green.

Actually it is like that here - clear blue sky - off to Rutland Water to do a bit of sketching so lets hope it stays that way. Thanks for your comment.

This is lovely Michael. A beautiful sunny(ish) day, 1 car - great. And it looks like the type of sky that you have been using in your demo.

Thanks Margaret, Alan and Adele. Adele - I seem to recall that the sky was done by wetting the entire sky area with clear water and then dropping several washes into the wet before it lost its sheen. Colours being: cobalt, a mix of light red and ultramarine and, towards the bottom, a light wash of raw sienna.

Another great view. Another car behind the lonely one would make you think straight away they had stopped at the lights Michael.

Don't like it...love it Michael! I admire how you use your darks, always well placed, never over done and they make your work shine. Hope you enjoyed Rutland water, haven't been there for years. I could tell you a funny tale about a house on the shore, that shouldn't really be there.

They said it all much better than I ever could, Michael. This is again a beautiful scene.
