Should have added - there is a lot of subtle texture in the main image which hasn't translated in the photo - pity.

Yes Michael, you are on to something here, there is interesting detail being added and the colours are superb along with some of the textures that you have introduced, keep this theme going and develop it further.

Acrylic 18 by 14ins on board. Inspired by the subtle work of Morandis (especially his paintings of pots - could be a hint of pots here - hence the hint in the title) - enjoyed painting this and will certainly explore it further over the coming months. Hope you like it.
