After posting a sketch black & white version a few weeks ago, I made a coloured pen and watercolour version of the bell-tower on the Old City Hall. This is my entry to the annual exhibition of the "Local Artists", organised by our City Councel. It had as subject: View over Blankenberge. It is not a competition, so nothing to win, just to participate and show your art to the people. What do you think? All comments are very welcome :) Mia.
