Thank you very much, Avril, for taking the time to comment on all my work. Next week we are going to swap houses (is that correct?) with our daughter in Genk for 2 weeks and so I will see Harrie. I going to tell him about all the encouraging comments. Although he knows about the site, I don't know if he looks regularly. So thank you also in his name.

This is a painting/calligraphy where I made the line and wash drawing (using a conte-pencil pierre noire and Schmincke watercolour for the flower) and my daughters neighbour( living 200 km from where I Iive), being a calligraphy-teacher, did put the text on the same watercolour paper. We like the same style of "Japanese" painting and calligraphy, so the working together on the same work works very well.
