Yes, not from working stock though. However, I think he would make a good sheepdog as he is very intelligent, very obedient and eager to please....

Apparently the working border collies have two different coloured eyes I met one similar to Charlie and he had a brown and a pale blue eye.

Charlie has a captivating look, you have done him proud. They are indeed cleaver little tinkers. And have their way of letting you know how to spoil them with treats....mine just usually helps herself when the opportunity arises.
