Another Rock Formation

A lovely painting. I just love the colours. You could get rid of the yellow but I don't think it spoils it.

This was done out of my head i tried to make it more colourful than it actually is. Thank you for your kind comments Margaret, I might lift the yellow of & see how it looks.

Just come across this painting, Max - you post them so fast that I can't keep up sometimes! Really good strong design element to this painting. I've just put my finger over the yellow bit you are not sure about and it detracts something from the work - so I feel leave it in - it works. Great colours on very dramatic rocks. Your turquoise sea is exciting. I just love the way that nothing daunts you - you don't seem to regard any scene as too difficult. If only I had that courage!

My head is starting to swell, will have to get a bigger hat soon, with all these lovely comments. I will leave the yellow in as you & Margaret suggested. I feel that the orange in the foreground is too strong compared with the other rocks, perhaps that is me being to critical? Thank you Thea.

It seems that everyone likes the yellow Patsy......so i shall leave the painting as it is. Thank you again.

I do like this... a nice range Tones and the colours used gives a little extra presence.
