This is a huge, imposing country house now owned by the National Trust. Most visitors take their photos, etc of the front of the property, but I took my paints around the side and caught this view from the car park field. Painted on the spot. Mixed media (pen, ink, watercolour, wax resist and oil pastel) on 230gsm watercolour paper. 15" x 10"
