Well this was another 'let-rip' piece! Top Withens is the lonely, derelict farmhouse on the moors above Haworth that some believe was the inspiration for Heathcliff's 'Wuthering Heights' in Emily Bronte's famous novel. Certainly Top Withens would have been known to the Bronte sisters from their walks over the wild, windswept moors. Acrylic on canvas 60cm x 60cm
