See previous comment about book illustration - do you ever produce linocuts, prints? You have a style ideally suited to them; this has design, colour, contrast, interest - absolutely spot-on about Poirot - a publisher really should snap these up and do it now.. I love those bands of colour beyond the building. You have a VERY good eye.

Another painting based on Dolserau Hall near Dolgellau in mid Wales. I wanted to capture the human element of a hotel - the mini-dramas, the romances, the tragedies. As I was painting this Cluedo and Hercule Poirot kept popping into my head! Acrylic on canvas 70cm x 70cm
