Yes, Robert there are problems with the perspective. Your observation point and the distant dunes are roughly the same elevation so the dunes top will give you your eye level. Once this is projected into the buildings you can see the errors especially the top door on the brick building. Apart from this your handling of the watercolour washes is excellent.

Perspective looks to be fine Robert. I would perhaps have grouped the figures near the boat, but a nice piece nonetheless.

I struggle with perspective at times too, but I really like this piece...went there 2 years ago, love the area, this is very atmospheric, the figure give it real guts, too!
