Yes, that's better. Glad you haven't overworked it. The tones in the foreground could have been even stronger, if you'd wanted to indicate a sharper, brighter light. I like your touches of detail, and the trees work particularly well.

Although I didn't have time to add a comment to the first one, I really think this is so much better. You have injected some light and sun into it now - it is amazing how much the foreground shadow has contributed to this. Now Jenet has pointed out the trees, I can see it - perhaps linking the top tree to the one behind the house with a bit of shrubbery would do the trick. Well done for taking all the advice on board, acting on it and ending up with a very good painting!

Look at this one Robert, glorious barn, great trees, super mountains!

Thanks to those who left comments - on the previous picture - see gallery- - I had another go today - I think is a bit better - went for detail and some cloud shadow in the foreground and weaker tones on the far fields
