Summer meadow near The Bathing House

The Bathing House , the roof of which you can just see, is at Howick, on the way to Craster in Northumberland.

Nice one Marjorie. I particularly like the streaky cloud, so indicative of the Northern part of the UK. We don't see those down ere in Devon.

You've handled those grasses brilliantly Marjorie, most impressed. The judging will probably be taking place this week, good luck with that oil of yours.

It was so peaceful Peter, a Monday morning with only the cows around...Fiona, our art club is just down the road, at the moment it's idyllic with the weather....now winter can be a different matter. Oh Wow! This picture hits me between the eyes; in a nice way of course. It's just full of atmosphere and your application of the pastel is so impressionistic. Well of course this is impressionism undiluted for me. Marjorie, I love it! John
