Its a very difficult medium and youve done an excellent portrait using it. You may think its pretty but its nicely done.

Russell, it's quite old, must be 5 years ago.....it was from a black and white photo in the Sat Guardian, I was trying out oil pastels.

Experimenting with oil pastels - "to blend or not to blend?" Also done on black background for club project. Think I like not total blending, otherwise it looks too "pretty".
