I always prefer a random look to objects in a still life - after all one doesn't normally arrange things in your home as a set to paint, so it is a lot more authentic just to paint things where they happen to be. I do like the diversity of objects and the differing shapes and sizes in this super still life, Marjorie.

I like the higgledy piggledy arrangement of objects Marjorie, they make for a more casual and interesting still life. Beautifully painted.

You always manage to capture a softness in your paintings be it still life, landscape etc and this is no exception. Very skillfully done Marjorie.

Must admit I prefer to let others set objects up, I would just paint whatever it there. This is a lovely pieve Marjorie
