I like it Malcolm, Evan the algae on the slate. Yes I love the mossy stone walls. Near us in Wirksworth there is a stone centre with a little walk, there are different examples of stone walls unique to different areas.

After your comments on my Alps collage I thought I would look you up! Although you say your work is more realistic than mine ( and I know what you mean) but in actual fact there are a lot of similarities too. You paint/draw what you see and so do I, but my collage was just a series of light,dark and mid tone shapes of paper ( whereas yours is the same but using a different medium) ; and the form emerges as a result. I.e. I don't set out to draw/paint a particular thing it just emerges as a result of the process. I like the honesty to your work.
