Pampas grass known here as Toi Toi are presently featuring prominently in some places and I saw these on trips made to Feilding these past three days. Stopped yesterday and did a tonal sketch , took photos, and had fun tonight. Very much wet into wet with just a smidgin of oil pastel in the right places for the grass heads and some texture as well.
