My sister, Jane Brownley, at Dax Photographics noticed this little chap tucking into a rather large acorn and captured him perfectly on his rocky perch. She kindly allowed me to use her image for this study. Unison pastels, Caran D’Ache and Faber-Castell Pitt pastel pencils on pastelmat.
