Some good subtle contours on the arms and face and the chiffon works very well.

There are some ladies who can certain pull off a hat this big and Audrey is definitely one of them. This was painted in indian ink which has it's positives and negatives. The positive is that it allows you to build up the contrasts in layers, the negative is that it's ink; once it's on it's fixed, you can't paint it out. It worked really well, I thought, for the chiffon which is coll.
