Man where? Is that up norf somewhere? lol Love it Louise - what makes your work is that you make it look so simple to do and yet it takes great skill and an artistic eye.

Walking down street to see Joy division, Hacienda rocks. Great street scene, colours spot on ,as Michael States, great skill, and the compulsory Manchester grey brooding sky. Great stuff.

Great sense of place and subtle touch.Shall be visiting Manchester more in the coming months so shall see thse locations for real.

Love it Louise, always lots of movement in you paintings.

I've been to Manchester quite a few times Louise but only saw the train station....from the inside.....but seeing the sketches and paintings of your city, I feel I know it. Love your pen work, it's always free and natural.
