Small Painting - Derelict Pub
This is the Vivian Park Hotel in Port Talbot. A lovely and imposing old piece of late Victoriana, it was unoccupied for several years, and then sadly there was a fire. Allegedly the fire didn't do anything other than cosmetic damage, but it was enough of a pretext for knocking it down. Such a shame. This is how it looked just a little prior to the fire.
