I thought the snow globe station design would work well in a sand timer shape. The station on the planet passing resources up to the orbiting station. The inner worlds of the stations being very different. My inspiration for the space ship comes from ocean whales as I like the idea that we are in the stars but remember home. This painting was done using pen to line and watercolour to colour.
