Each full moon of the year has a name. The February full moon is know as the Snow moon, frost moon, storm moon or hunger moon. I went with the frost name as I liked the idea of the sky being frosted over. I used wax sticks to draw on the frost patterns and then did wet on wet watercolours for the night sky and moon.
