I like scruffy Lionel and I like this! Do you use a tinted paper or is it under painted, good effect.

Well, thank you Heather, Carole and Fiona for your lovely comments. Sorry Fiona; I should have said. It's 7X5 inches, acrylic on canvas board, and yes, it is under-painted with a mix of yellow ochre and yellow.
