Looks good to me and the sky is great

As Michael says, looks good. My version of one of Alan's challenges looked like there had been some sort of storm ... rather than peaceful idyll!

I haven't seen Alan's or Fiona's painting, but I think you have created a really good image. The sky is really impressive, the composition is good and the colours work really well together. Well done.

Lionel this is wonderful!! You had better remember what you did with the sky because it's going to be worth doing again....it's great! Love the foreground, I think using acrylics has given it much more depth and texture...than my attempt anyway. It's definitely more than ok.

More than OK, Lionel - it has your own singular touch and style and is lovely. I especially love the way you painted the sky - it's very lively and contributes to a great atmosphere.
