Great light in this. Brings everything into sharp focus. I agree with Chris it does remind me of Edward Hoppers work. Nice one.

A painting of Barns Ness Lighthouse, East Lothian, Scotland. I did this from a photograph I took on a brief visit to Edinburgh. This lighthouse can be seen from the A1 road before Dunbar. I didn't have time to stop and do a sketch, but it might have been a bit tricky anyway as it was quite squally at the time. I'm not going to sell this one as it has too many memories of a good, but way too short, holiday.
