All good, Lewis! I find it easier to stick to pen sketches these days!!

Well Lew, if you do have to stick to 6 x 4 drawings you'll get no complaints from me. These are great, especially the skeletal Frenchman.

Four excellent characters Lew. What ever you do you will make a fine job of them Lew, sorry to hear your not able to use the brushes anymore, you still have your amazing drawing skills and I know you will make the best use of them.

A great set of characters - love the ‘Captain Birdseye’ chap.

You always make me smile, great work !!

Wonderfully talented drawings, Lewis - you make us smile which is appreciated. Love the Face-lift!

Sorry about the brush problem but you are brilliant with pens and pencils!

It’s always worth looking at your work for an uplift in mood Lew. Whatever the medium

Four great characters, nicely done, keep them coming.

Hilarious!

These are terrific

Great selection Lewis and on such a small area. Wonderful.

Great stuff, Lewis, look forward to more.

Thanks very much for your comments…always appreciated.

What ever you do please keep posting Lewis. These are as good as always.

Great Lewis! I good comment on plastic surgery - it never seems to go well. I have a particular hatred of plumped lips! The jester looks like a relative of mine! Is that William the Conquered? The chap in the SouWester looks like a local trawler man, not that we see them nowadays - now that the harbour has turned into a marina!

These dudes are fabulous 👌

Live the facelift! Made me smile.

I've been trying to paint with a brush. Need to accept I can't do it anymore...just old age and very wobbly hands. Messed up last two attempts. Sometimes I draw 6 x 4 pics while waiting for stuff to dry. I seem Ok with pens and pencils. Have to stick with them from now on.

About the Artist
Lewis Cooper

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
