Great insight into you techniques. Love the natural eyes of top right ✅️

4 good paintings, two beauties and two not so much!

Interesting paintings and techniques!!

Excellent work as always !!

Is that Marco Pierre Fright at bottom left? To my untrained eye there seems little difference between the two techniques but perhaps that is just testimony to your skill in both.

All of them are excellent pieces Lew , the top right is the most impressive, she had a very thoughtful look on her face it’s a lovely miniature portrait.

Four great pictures Lew , top right is beautiful.

They are all very good Lewis, and ithink you have made a really excellent start with the watercolours

Four gems Lewis. I love your 'cartoony subjects' but the top two are wonderful, top right seems to be mentioned the most but I love the faraway gaze of the first one.

Thanks very much for your comments. I haven’t done much in watercolour of late, I’ll be having a go now and then.

I like them all but especially the alien creature. The Chef looks like her would be right at home with the Cook from Alice in Wonderland.

Great characters, I like the robot with the bug on his head.

The watercolour is coming along very well Lewis.

All excellent Lewis, especially love bottom right.

I love your work Lewis

Super. I love this cooking man.

Still dallying with these small pics. Top two are watercolours with me trying new miniature brushes, needs more practice. Bottom two are pen and soluble watercolour pencils. I find these easier to use, but they are simpler cartoony subjects.

Self taught. Love drawing. Like to make pictures up, without using reference pics, often in cartoon style. I do other pictures where I do use reference. I'm knocking on a bit, born in 1940 in Greenwich, London. Retired, and loving it.
