Nice watercolour Ken, like the subject and agree with the other comments already posted about the sparkle on the water along with the actual boats which are so well drawn, like this painting a lot.

These boats are in winter storage at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club, near my home. The Forth estuary is in the background. Sadly, the shoreline is affected by low-level radioactivity. The problem was identified years ago, but nothing is done while government and public agencies bicker over responsibility for the decontamination. Leaving that issue aside, I was attracted to the scene by the way the winter sunlight shining on the water back-lit the boats and their masts.
