Soft pastel on Uart 400 sanded carton 23 x 30 cm, depicting a group of shrubs topping the small hill near to my home. After some thumbnails of values I made an underpainting (pastel + alcohol) then appplied hard and soft pastels using temperature rather than just local colours. Signed lowerRHC. No fixative used.
