Very lovely paintings Katy. Love the chairs and table, not sure about the patch of purple, which is a little distracting. The pots of flowers are so charming and I love the spattering you have used.

Thank you Heather and Carole. I agree about the purple Carole, it’s even stronger in the photo. I’m toying with the idea of cutting the painting in half. I appreciate your comments.

Lovely colours - I would perhaps just lift the purple colour a little - I wouldn't cut the painting in half.

Thank you Ceri, ‘‘tis already done! However I think I will paint it again and think more about the composition rather than what is in front of me. Always my intention at the start, but you know how it is?!

The ironwork (table/chairs/lamp) is very well done - looks so simple but I know it’s difficult to do well.
