Really like this Karen, very well done

Another fine fellow beautifully caught Karen. Good work.

Yes, there's nothing subtle about a buck in the rutting season - more a case of "I'm 'ere girls!". Beautifully captured, especially the painting of the antlers where you've worked wet in wet and allowed colours to bleed - and well done for avoiding the ghastly masking fluid (I know it has its place, but I just don't like the stuff).

The latest in my Dartmoor Stag series, naming him Romeo is admittedly a little tongue-in-cheek for a young buck in mid rutting season. Anyone who's heard the sheer volume of their calls at this time doesn't forget it! No masking fluid here, straight in with building on the marks.
