Very good. A great tribute - I don't know how we would manage at present without our postmen/women and couriers - they are working flat out.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, I don't know where we would be without them. In a way, this crisis reminds me of the film 'The Admirable Crichton' where the butler saved the day when their world turned upside down. I hope to sketch the ASDA delivery van when it arrives next week.

For those who are isolating at home during the lockdown, apart from the bin men and shopping/parcel delivery drivers, the postman is most probably the only other person to be regularly seen out in the street. This is a study I painted a few years ago of a school-friend who is now one of my local postal workers.
