Love your hills and sheep Jenny…..great textures as well as colours. I was looking at the work of Jessie M King a couple of days ago and thought of you, are you familiar with her work?

Many thanks, Jill and Fiona! Fiona, I wasn’t familiar with Jessie M. King’s work - just had a quick look, love her delicate Art Nouveau style. Will take a closer look later. Are you following the Artistic Inspirations thread on the forum? Would be good to look at Samuel Peploe - wondered if you’d like to do an introduction to his work? I know you like it and I don’t think we’ve looked at any of the Scottish Colourists yet.

Another old painting that I’ve reworked with a slight change in colour. Was never quite happy with it, but better now I think. Mainly acrylic ink on a gesso base.
