There’s a hint of William de Morgan in here, Jenny

Thanks, Frank - hadn’t heard of William De Morgan, so looked him up - lovely work which reminds me of William Morris - then read that they were lifelong friends and, as part of the Arts and Craft movement, he designed for Morris and Co. Surprised I hadn’t heard of him, I love the Arts and Craft movement and William Morris in particular, all the wallpapers and fabrics in our Victorian house are his designs.

Glad you’ve discovered William de Morgan, Jenny. Single tiles designed by him sell for good money! Pity I don’t have a few"..........
