Excellent work Spencer . I managed a mental health service for many years and I would have been good to have this and similar ones as posters in the days centres etc.

Very thought provoking Spencer as someone who suffers from depression I recognise the sentiment.

Very good Spencer, these would be ideal for Health centres and such, they really get a message across.

I agree, this would make a great poster - and the use of the salt to convey all those thoughts works extremely well.

Hi Spencer I immediately was drawn to this picture. I struggle daily with mental health issues including depression and anxiety. I know what it's all about. I appreciate your painting and the message is true and powerful.

Think this would be a good time to then mention art therapy, where you can explore difficult thoughts and feelings through art making and play. Definitely takes the stress out of it! Sensitively done Spencer.
