Rain clouds over Culross

You've achieved an interesting texture with the road, it works very well. I love this row of houses, they have so much character, lovely.

The white cottages stand out so well. I like the darker sky, lovely painting.

Know the place well and recognised it instantly. Lovely pastel painting. I did a watercolour of the townhall there last year, might post it if I can find it.

Thanks Val, I took a few photos that day so I could have one for a workshop at my art club. I did the same street but in watercolour but it was very pale and bland, so I decided to do it again in pastel as I can put loads of colours in it. I much prefer pastel.
