Red Sails

There’s a real sense of movement here. I could follow the red sails out of the painting and into a story!

Thank you Jacky and Heather for your kind comments. I was on a really enjoyable painting week at Whitby in March and just wanted to paint something really simple. Can't resist skies and seas. They are always unpredictable and different.
